How to arrange it
Tell us when you drop off or call in your prescription, or ask when you request a refill online. There is nothing to sign up for and no minimum order.
What we deliver
- Prescriptions, including refills and transfers
- Over-the-counter medicines
- Medical supplies and home health items
- Vitamins and supplements
- Diabetic testing supplies
When it arrives
Most local deliveries go out the same day if the prescription is ready before mid-afternoon. We will tell you when to expect it, and we call first if nobody is likely to be home.
Controlled medicines and refrigerated items
Some medications need a signature on delivery, and refrigerated items travel in a cold pack. We will explain anything specific when you order.
How it works
- Free. If you live further out, call us — we will try to make it work. Ask us about your address — if you are just outside, say so rather than assuming.
- No minimum order. One prescription is as welcome as ten.
- No subscription and no app. Call your pharmacy, or tick delivery when you request a refill.
- We call before we come if there is anything to confirm — a copay, a question from the pharmacist, or a time that suits you better.
What we can bring
Prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, and medical supplies — so a walking frame or a box of test strips can travel with the prescription rather than needing a separate trip.
Who it helps most
Anyone, but it earns its keep for patients who have just come out of hospital, who do not drive, who are caring for someone else, or who simply should not be out in the Florida heat waiting at a counter.
It is also the answer when you are unwell. If you have symptoms, please call rather than coming in — we would rather bring your medicine to you than have you in the pharmacy alongside other patients.
Controlled substances and refrigerated items have extra handling requirements and sometimes need a signature. Ask when you order and we will tell you exactly what applies to your prescription.
Arrange it
Call the pharmacy nearest you — numbers are on the locations page — or ask next time you collect. Weekends we are closed, but you can call or text your store and we will pick it up when we open.
