Refill a prescription

Fill this in and we will have it ready. Most refills are ready the same day when we get them before mid-afternoon — we will call or text you when yours is done.

Before you start

  • Your prescription numbers if you have them, from the label on the bottle
  • If you do not have the numbers, the medication names are enough
  • Which of our five stores you want to collect from
  • Your date of birth, so we can find you

    How would you like it?

What happens to what you send

    • It is sent over an encrypted connection straight to the store you choose, and to our prescriptions inbox.
    • Those inboxes are on Google Workspace under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
    • No copy is kept on this website. Nothing you type here is stored in the website database.
    • The subject line of the email carries no health information, only the store and the time.

See our Notice of Privacy Practices for how we handle health information.

    If you would rather call

Call the store directly and read us the numbers off your bottles. Some people find that quicker, and we do not mind at all. Phone numbers for all five stores.

    A few things worth knowing

    • If a prescription has no refills left, we will contact your prescriber for you.
    • If an item is out of stock we will tell you the same day and offer an alternative or another store.
    • Controlled medications cannot always be refilled early. We will explain if that applies.
    • Choose delivery and it is free. If you live further out, call us — we will try to make it work.

This form is not for emergencies. If you need medication urgently, call the store. If it is a medical emergency, call 911.

A valid prescription is required. We dispense prescription medications only on a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, and only to patients in Florida. Submitting this form is a request, not a guarantee — a pharmacist may decline to dispense where it would be unsafe, where the prescription is incomplete or invalid, or where filling it would be unlawful.
