The information here is general and for education only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for speaking with a pharmacist, physician or other licensed healthcare professional who knows your situation.

Prescriptions

• All prescription medications are dispensed only on a valid prescription from a prescriber licensed to write it.
• Submitting a refill or transfer request through this site is a request. It is not a guarantee that a prescription will be filled.
• A pharmacist may decline to dispense where doing so would be unsafe, where the prescription is incomplete or invalid, where the medication is unavailable, or where filling it would be unlawful.
• We do not sell prescription medications directly through this website, and we do not take payment online for prescriptions.
• We dispense to patients in the State of Florida only. We do not ship or dispense prescription medications outside Florida.

Compounded medications

A compounded medication is prepared by our pharmacists to a prescriber’s specifications for an individual patient, usually because a commercially manufactured product is unsuitable or unavailable.

Compounded preparations are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The FDA does not review compounded preparations for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. Any description of a compounded preparation on this site describes what it is, not a claim that it is proven to treat any condition.

Using the site

You agree not to use this website to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, to interfere with its operation, or to submit information about another person without their authority.

Information you send us

Please do not send detailed health information through the general contact form. Use the refill and transfer forms, which are routed to a protected mailbox, or call your pharmacy. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice and, for protected health information, in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Where we link to another organization’s website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we cannot promise it is free of error or always available. Prices, hours, services and product availability change. Please confirm anything that matters by calling your pharmacy.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Castillo’s Pharmacy Group or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or clinical use. Please ask before republishing anything commercially.
