Tell us where your prescriptions are now and we will do the rest. You do not need to call your old pharmacy or collect anything from them.

How it works
- You fill in the form below — it takes about two minutes.
- We contact your current pharmacy and request the prescriptions.
- They send them across. Most do this the same day.
- We call or text you when everything is ready.
Before you start
- The name of the pharmacy you use now — the town helps if it is a chain
- Their phone number if you have it, though we can find it
- Which medications to move, or just write ALL
- Which of our five stores you want to use
- Your date of birth
What happens to what you send
- It is sent over an encrypted connection straight to the store you choose, and to our prescriptions inbox.
- Those inboxes are on Google Workspace under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.
- No copy is kept on this website. Nothing you type here is stored in the website database.
- The subject line of the email carries no health information, only the store and the time.
See our Notice of Privacy Practices for how we handle health information.
Free local prescription delivery is available at participating locations. Delivery areas and eligibility may vary. Contact your pharmacy for details.
What transfers and what does not
- Most prescriptions transfer, including refills still remaining.
- Controlled substances have stricter rules. Some can be transferred once; some cannot be transferred at all and need a new prescription. We will tell you which applies and talk to your prescriber if needed.
- Expired prescriptions cannot be transferred. We will request a new one from your prescriber.
- Insurance carries over — bring your card, or tell us the plan and we will check we are in network first.
Changing your mind costs nothing
Transferring to us does not close your account anywhere else, and you can transfer back whenever you like. If you want to try one prescription first to see how you find us, that is completely normal — plenty of people do.
If you are running low on a medication right now, call the store rather than using this form. Depending on the medication and how recently it was filled, a pharmacist may be able to supply a small emergency quantity while the transfer goes through. Florida law does not allow this for every medication — controlled substances in particular — so ask the pharmacist and they will tell you straight.
A valid prescription is required. We dispense prescription medications only on a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, and only to patients in Florida. Submitting this form is a request, not a guarantee — a pharmacist may decline to dispense where it would be unsafe, where the prescription is incomplete or invalid, or where filling it would be unlawful.
