Weight management

Preparations used alongside a medically supervised weight management plan, on a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber.

What we prepare

  • Appetite and metabolic support preparations where prescribed
  • Vitamin and lipotropic injections to prescriber order
  • Low dose naltrexone, where it forms part of the plan
  • Preparations adjusted to a dose a patient tolerates

GLP-1 medications. We fill brand-name GLP-1 prescriptions. We do not compound GLP-1s in house: where a compounded version is prescribed, it is prepared by a partner 503A sterile compounding pharmacy and dispensed to you by us. More about the weight loss program.

Everything on this page is prepared to a prescriber’s order for one named patient. We cannot prepare or supply any of it without a valid prescription.

Honest expectations

Several preparations here are controlled substances, including phentermine and diethylpropion, and they carry legal requirements and real side effects. They are intended as part of a supervised plan, not as a standalone solution, and they are not suitable for everyone.

We do not compound GLP-1 medications in-house. Where a prescription calls for one, it is prepared by a partner 503A sterile compounding pharmacy and dispensed to you by us. A valid prescription is required either way.

Be cautious of anyone selling weight-loss medication without an examination, without asking what else you take, or with claims about guaranteed results. Our program runs through your prescriber.

How a compounded prescription works here

  • Your prescriber decides. They specify the drug, the strength, the base and the form. We do not choose your treatment and we cannot start one.
  • We confirm with you — what it will cost, how long it takes, and anything you need to know about storage or use.
  • We compound it at our Brandon facility and send it to whichever of our pharmacies you use.
  • You collect it, or we deliver free.

A valid prescription is required, and we dispense to patients in Florida only. Compounded preparations are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. The preparations named on this page describe what we can make — they are not claims that any of them is proven to treat a condition, and nothing here is a recommendation to use a particular medicine.

Browse everything we compound in the drug catalog, or talk to one of our pharmacists — no charge, no obligation, and we will tell you if we think compounding is not the answer.
